The company was founded in March 2019 and is located in the Innovation Industrial Park of Baotou Rare Earth R & D Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Baotou Rare Earth High Tech Industrial Development Zone, Inner Mongolia, China. Baotou Rare Earth R & D Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences is an emerging science and technology enterprise with the purpose of R & D and industrialization of rare earth industry. With a registered capital of 10 million yuan, offices, laboratories,warehouses and workshops cover an area of 2400 square meters. The research on the recycling technology of rare earth comprehensive waste and the preparation of medium and heavy rare earth metals carried out by the company belong to the key fields of the rare earth industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Baotou, and have been highly concerned and supported by the competent departments of the industry at all levels of the Autonomous Region, Baotou and high tech zone.

二、 Baotou Rare Earth R & D Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences

Baotou Rare Earth R & D Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences is a rare earth scientific and technological innovation R & D platform jointly built by the branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the department of science and technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Baotou municipal people's government and Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Company. It was officially established in Baotou Rare Earth High Tech Zone on May 12, 2015. The Rare Earth Center is managed by the director responsibility system under the leadership of the council, with four departments: comprehensive service department, project management department, technology transformation department and knowledge service center. The main functions include: technology transformation, business incubation, special research and development, decision-making consultation, intellectual property operation, talent training and other fields. As a technology transformation platform approved by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Rare Earth Center adheres to the core value concept of "innovation driven development, serving Baotou economy and benefiting Baotou people", takes the actual needs of the transformation and upgrading of Baotou rare earth industry as the fulcrum, aims at the development strategic frontier of the rare earth industry at home and abroad, and fully relies on the technology and talent advantages of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the industrial foundation of Baotou, committed to providing all-round scientific and technological support for Baotou rare earth enterprises and contributing to the continuous development of the national rare earth industry.

Since the establishment of the campany, the Rare Earth Center has carried out substantive work closely around science and technology leading incubation enterprises, landing and transformation of mature technologies, joint construction of R & D centers with enterprises, joint enterprise R & D of projects with significant prospects, and provision of industrial information services for governments and enterprises. At present, rare earth binding enterprises have jointly built four R & D centers, including Baotou Zhongke Jinmeng Magnetic Material Green Protection Technology R & D Center a series of cooperation demonstration pilot bases for environmental protection rare earth colorants and Nd-Fe-B waste recycling have been built. Seven high-tech enterprises, including Tuoyouda, Zhongke Xinlanxi, Zhongke Ruifeng and Baotou Xidiri, have been introduced and incubated. The industrialization process of "rare earth application research and development, rare earth polishing materials and automobile exhaust purification catalysts" has been actively promoted, and the "1 + 1" action plan for scientific and technological innovation of enterprise youth "has been carried out continuously. By 2020, the Rare Earth Center already take the lead in building a research and development base for the application of high-end rare earth, magnesium, aluminum, special steel and other structural materials in Baotou; Take the lead in building an exhibition base for optimizing and upgrading Baotou's traditional industries and cultivating and developing high-tech industries; It took the lead in building a gathering place and major scientific and technological output demonstration base for the application research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the fields of new materials, equipment manufacturing, information technology and automatic control.
